Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may vary during the holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volumes.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery times
ModernPlug currently offers the following shipping options within the United States.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days after processing. Standard shipping is $12 and is free on qualifying orders of $70 or more.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after processing. Express shipping is $20.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of ModernPlug's control.
Order Tracking: When tracking information becomes available, customers will receive shipping confirmation email containing their tracking information. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.
Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled by different shipping partners. As a result, items from the same order may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Please contact ModrnPlug as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping address. Once nan order has processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Lost, Delayed, Or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact ModernPlug customer support. We will review the situation and work to determine the appropriate solution.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout when available. International orders may be subject to customs requirements, import regulations, or destination-specific requirements.
